Our last words....
We started off weak but we finished strong 💪
In conclusion, our project on Nordic walking poles with sensors has shown that technology can enhance the walking experience and provide valuable feedback for improving technique and health outcomes
As our C4 journey comes to an end, I feel proud of the project of the work that my team has been able to accomplish. I hope that we are able to pass the torch to the other C4 teams in the coming semesters who can then add their spin on it.

All my life I thought air was free. Until I bought a bag of chips
At Touareg (Team BE), we have cultivated a welcoming and familial work environment that has helped productivity. As one of the project managers on the team, I brought a strong organisational structure to the team that enabled the punctual submission of deliverables and fostered an inclusive, interdisciplinary, and creative approach to problem-solving. During the prototyping phase, I was able to amass my technical knowledge as a mechanical engineering student to assist with the modelling and fabrication of components used to build our prototype. The collaborative, and interdisciplinary, focus of the C4 project allowed me to discover skills and passions I didn’t know I had. It allowed me to completely understand my own strengths and weaknesses and enabled me to find a renewed sense of purpose and admiration for my major.
